OCTs

Zeiss Cirrus 5000 OCT
Zeiss Cirrus HD-OCT 4000
The Zeiss Cirrus 5000 HD-OCT improves on the Cirrus 4000 model in hardware and software. It retains the most essential features of the 4000 model and upgrades on hardware and Smart HD Scans.Eye motion artifacts are reduced with FastTrac retinal tracking, which enables tracking of the current scan to the position of a previous scan, which provides a better progression analysisThe monitor has been improved, too, with a 19-inch display for high-definition scans.
The ZEISS Cirrus HD-OCT 4000 allows examination of the posterior and anterior of the eye at an extremely fine spatial scale, without surgical biopsy or even any contact with the eye.
Employing the advanced imaging technology of spectral domain optical coherence tomography, Cirrus HD-OCT acquires OCT data about 70 times faster (27,000 vs. 400 A-scans per second) and with better resolution (5 μm vs. ~10 μm axial resolution in tissue), compared to first-generation OCT technology. Cirrus acquires whole cubes of OCT image data, composed of hundreds of line scans, in about the same time as Stratus acquires a six-line scan. You can view these data cubes in three planes, or through three dimensions, giving you access to an extensive amount of retinal image data in one scan.
IOL Master

Zeiss IOL Master 700
Ellex IOL Master
The IOLMaster® 700 from ZEISS with SWEPT Source Biometry® builds upon almost 20 years of experience in optical biometry. Now with Total Keratometry (TK®) it once again demonstrates its technological leadership.
Now featuring Total Keratometry (TK®) the ZEISS IOLMaster 700 allows you to directly measure the posterior corneal surface using SWEPT Source OCT.
- Two exclusive new formulas: Barrett TK Universal II and Barrett TK Toric
- Can be used in classic IOL calculation formulas
- No need for a second device, third-party software or an online calculator
Patented Cornea-to-Retina Scan
The patented Cornea-to-Retina Scan shows anatomical details on a longitudinal cut through the entire eye. Thus, unusual eye geometries, such as tilt or decentration of the crystalline lens, can be detected.
Unique Fixation Check
The unique Fixation Check provides you with more confidence in optical biometry. Can you see the foveal pit? If so, you can reduce the risk of refractive surprises due to incorrect measurements caused by undetected poor fixation. If not, you can educate your patients to always fixate on the target.
